| Introduction | Up until two years ago I have been in a high control religious organization. My family has been a part of this same organization for at least four generations. The majority of my family still belongs and refuses to listen to the facts concerning the group's true history and motives as well as the spiritual abuse it has inflicted on thousands of it's members. It has become my passion to help others in a similiar situation. People need to be educated so it will not happen to them and if it does they will know where to find support. These Authoritarian leaders want you to think there is no where else to go and no one will love you and take care of you like they will.
