| Introduction | Ms Mihalka is founder of Altamont Wealth Management. Prior to founding AWM, Ms. Mihalka managed funds for several major public pension funds including Cal PERS and Cal STRS and worked for an Investment Management Firm as a Portfolio Manager. She also worked as an analyst at major Investment Banking firms in New York City and San Francisco. Ms. Mihalka began her career as an international auditor for a Large Multi-National Fortune 100 Company, working abroad in Paris, England, Hong Kong and Australia. Ms. Mihalka holds an MBA in finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and in American Studies from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. In 1994 she earned the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. |
