Raising awareness every chance we get. Having food allergies/Intolerances no longer has to be the end of the world. With ALL of the advances in technology, WE CAN EAT! The Lil Chef and I started this journey 10+ years ago and I'm happy to say I have successfully mastered recreating our old favorites in a "new"/current allergy free way.
