About me

IntroductionI started this blog the day after the 2012 crossfit open in order to track my workouts etc for the 2013 games. A rough breakdown at my attempted schedule. Going to stick to this as much as my life will allow. Will add in a class here or there to test my conditioning. Basic Plan The get Huge plan Mon - Squat/snatch work Tues - Rest Wed - Dead lift/clean and jerk Thurs - Squat variation Fri - Power Clean Conditioning plan Mon - Outlaw Wod Tues - REST Wed - Outlaw Wod Thurs - Outlaw Wod Fri - Outlaw Wod Sat - Rest Sun - Hero Long Wod (running included hopefully)
