| Introduction | I am a busy wife and mum that loves my family! I have a wonderful husband and 4 beautiful children that are blessings to me daily. We are involved in our church, homeschool our kids, and eat 'real' food as much as possible! I love cooking and baking so much that I have hobby catering business that helps keep my creative juices flowing! I am passionate about getting kids into the kitchen (as soon as they can walk!) and am now the proud mother of 4 fantastic cooks! The kids all have their specialties and favourites - one does all manner of curries, one loves garlic (perhaps too much!), one loves baking, one loves making MESSY things! I am a Thermomix consultant and I use my Thermomix MANY times every day for so many varied things but I also enjoy cooking 'old school' in big cast iron dishes,etc. We enjoy being outdoors and love camping, bike riding, ripsticking (well, the kids anyway!), bush walking, swimming, surfing, tennis... and the list goes on! |
