| Introduction | Don (my husband of 44.75 years) and I live near Westcliffe, CO, on what everyone up here calls "the mountain". We've been here 5 years, and every day we are blessed as we wake up to another day of fresh air, sunshine (most of the time), eye-popping scenery, and real life. Even though it seems remote, there is a thriving community of people here who are living every day as it comes, struggling, loving, laughing, crying, praying, hoping, suffering, rejoicing...the gamut. We may be in the twilight of our lives, but we are still basking in the Sonshine! |
