| Introduction | Hello to everybody!!!!. Firstly, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Victor and I am Spanish born in Granada but brought up in Malaga. Now I am living United Kingdom for more than 8 years where I work as a Veterinary Surgeon. One of my many different hobbies is cooking and although I like cooking all types of worldwide cuisine, I especially love cooking Spanish food; those typical recipes and ideas that are transmitted from generation to generation from grandparents to parents and from parents to sons and varying from more or less elaborate dishes to typical Spanish tapas that are really valuable for me. I am also aware that our dishes are becoming more and more popular around the world due to the richness of mediteranean flavors and huge variety of different dishes, and in this way I would like to share my own particular view about what homemade Spanish cuisine means to me. On this blog I will be posting a new Spanish recipe every week or two weeks, so please keep watching this blog every so often for new recipe updates. I hope this blog helps as a little guidance to those who wants to try to cook this sort of delicious meals. |
