Interests	Born in Belfast I grew up fast , ducking bullets and avoiding bombs . My major influences as a writer has been the personal experiences I have been through . Leaving Belfast for Australia opened up new horizons for me as a writer and that still continues today after 30 years living in Australia . Writing about everyday things in life is a passionate lifestyle I am used to .
