| Introduction | For 15 years, I have been a labor and delivery nurse. We have an awesome job, but sometimes we get frustrated with certain aspects of our job. I started this blog as an assignment for KU Med's graduate School of Nursing class NRSG 755 Professionalism: Issues and Roles. I came up with a controversial, debatable issue- whether you agree that elective inductions should be done or not, and why. I see both sides of the issue, but want your opinion!
