| Introduction | In January 1998 my family and I were volunteering at a soup kitchen/shelter. There we met a wonderful little boy named Coby, who was 13 months old. We learned that he was in need of a home and from the moment I met him I just knew he was supposed to be a part of our family. Next comes a long and complicated story… but the end of the story is that Coby was legally adopted into our family on January 28, 2000, after living with us as a foster child for two years. It is almost impossible to describe Coby to someone who hasn’t met him. He is the most creative and imaginative person I have ever met. He is passionate about life and about whatever interest has his attention at the time. He faces some challenges, but he is highly intelligent and I just know God has something so special in store for this young man! Over the years I have emailed friends and family “Coby Stories” that I thought were entertaining. Everyone always tells me I should write a book with his stories… but I thought I would start a blog of them. It is my hope that the stories will lift your spirits and brighten your day!
