| Introduction | I love to eat. I just do. and I love to offer up my food to friends, family, whoever happens to be near the kitchen. I spend hours in there, conjuring up all sorts of culinary goodness, savory and sweet alike, sometimes using recipes but mostly just improvising as the ingredients see fit. but I also need to know what I’m eating, where it came from, and how it affects my body and my state of mind. I am a graduate of the Chef’s Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts. I interned at Blue Hill at Stone Barns & worked the line at Spice Market NYC, and now work at Pizzeria Delfina in San Francisco. Eat My Greens offers up recipes, information on health & healing through food, and some crazy little tales from my hot kitchen to yours. |
