Introduction	I live in the Pacific Northwest, this stunning paradise of a place that makes my heart happy. I have children that I think are crazy smart, beautiful, and wildly funny and of whom, of course, I am insanely proud. My husband can't be beat (seriously, I'll put him up against anyone any day). He's respectful, chivalrous, a hands-on dad, and a great partner. This is what I have to work with. This is the place that I come from. And, yet, my life is probably exactly like yours. Normal. Come with me on my mountains and valleys of life.
