| Introduction | Dr. Alexis Vera-Pérez has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, a Master of Public Health Degree in Biostatistics, and a Doctor of Business Administration Degree in Management. He's been a faculty member of University of Puerto Rico and University of Phoenix. Dr. Vera has worked on the Insurance Industry of Puerto Rico in the areas of Marketing, Underwriting/Risk Evaluation, and Human Resources Management. He’s conducted Public Health Studies in some municipalities of Puerto Rico. His research preferences are: predictive modeling, risk assessment, and organizational design. Dr. Vera is an active member of the American Statistical Association, the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Society for Training & Development. |
