| Introduction | With over 9 years in the credit industry and 7 in the mortgage industry, I started my career as a bill collector. What was interesting was a process called skiptracing which required in many cases a credit pull to obtain location and contact information. So knowing a credit report and analyzing certain patterns, I was able to develop standard 'debtor' profiles. |
