Introduction	My objective is to insure sharpness of technique through step-by-step, detail oriented, instruction. The jiu-jitsu I have learned over the last nine years is dedicated to street self defense and quick thinking under the stresses of real life situations. Enhanced self-esteem, flexibilty, cardio, and the ability to defend oneself are a direct reflection of my portrayal of Gracie Jiu-jitsu. However, these techniques must be drilled into muscle memory in order to be executed properly. Therefore, I always make myself available for all tournaments to rate these techniques and learn the latest discoveries...ALOHA
