| Introduction | I'm closer to collecting Social Security than not. I've been involved in family estate litigation for almost 2 years brought by two siblings. The disputed amount is nominal, a mere fraction of the 600k spent on lawyers combined. I never saw it coming, it makes no sense and I can't stop it. What has happened both in the courtroom and out, as the saying goes, "I couldn't make this stuff up." Lots of therapy and education and knowledge of the legal system. It's no place for families in dispute. |
