Introduction	Hello everyone!! I currently serve as an elementary music teacher and I must say, I love my job!! I am now pursuing a Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education. After working with Pre-K-Kindergarten students, I developed a love for this age group. I believe that the first 5 years of a child's life play an important role in how they develop socially, mentally, physically, academically, and spiritually. My goal as an advocate of change within the field of Early Childhood is to develop strategies/ techniques for educators and families to ensure their children have safe and comfortable learning environments no matter what the economic situation.
