McCoy currently serves as a strength and conditioning coach with the Florida Marlins and is the Performance Coach for the Australian National Baseball Team. Professionally, McCoy has served as the Director of Education for CYBEX, Vice President of Education for IDEA, and Performance Director for the Evolve Sports Medicine Group.
