| Introduction | Sarafina Bibi Kantharia is an artist researcher pursuing a Masters degree in Expressive Arts: Conflict Transformation & Peace Building at the European Graduate School in Switzerland. She is the East African Correspondent for Global Carnival Centre. She develops the use of arts as a successful medium for the psychosocial development of minority communities. Sarafina is the Creative Director at a community based organization called Pepo La Tumaini Jangwani (Wind of Hope in the Desert) in Isiolo, Northern Kenya. |
