Introduction	My commitment to baking began in 2009 as a New Years resolution to bake at least once a week. The initial goal was to take a break from my graphic design work, and to create something with my hands. I baked a total of 49 out of 52 weeks in 2009! Now, this hobby has inspired my senior degree project, the branding of a fictitious bakery, and my decision to continue my education at the Institute of Culinary Education this summer.
