You've got to make contact with the alien leader. How will you tell when the conversation is finished?
Well, if I'm speaking to an alien leader I would think the ending of our conversation depends on the alien. Big alien, it's over when he waves his hand over our puny technology and shuts me down. LIttle Alien, it's over when I say it's over and I shut down my "communications device." So I guess either way I can tell the conversation is over when I'm starring at nothing.
