Introduction	For over a decade I have been in the "parenting trenches" helping families in crisis. What I have learned from thousands of parents is: When mom ain't happy, ain't nobody happy! Thus, I passionately encourage moms to give more, and find more, within themselves, so they have more to give to their children.
