| Introduction | There's so much of the world I'd like to see. The idea of taking a break from my studies and going on some sort of soul searching sabatical was the best thing I could have ever done. Last year, I packed my bags and headed for Italy. I hung around Rome for a bit, avoided gypsies in Roma Termini and eventually ended up on the outskirts of Florence, living in una piccola casetta with several other foreign roomies. After several months of new discoveries, la vita continua and I'm back in New York finishing up my degree in sociology. You'll find random foreign words within my blog every now and then. Everything from Italian, Portuguese, maybe French and Spanish...Don't worry, your computer isn't busted. I just forget how to say things in english sometimes. |
