| Introduction | I’m Sarah Kearns and this is where with the help of two fantastic friends, Marise and Mo you'll be able discover everything you’ve ever wanted to know about the art of vegetarian cooking – & eating of course. We met at the UK Vegetarian Society’s cookery school, Cordon Vert, where we were so inspired by our training that we went on to work there as freelance tutors and writers, but now you can find us as guest chefs all over Britain. However the main purpose of this blog is to share our delight in experimenting with new ingredients, our passion for creating new recipes to test and our enduring quest to find more great vegetarian chefs producing extraordinarily delicious food. And along the way we’ll pass on loads of tips that will help you avoid some of the culinary disasters we’ve experienced ourselves in the past! |
