Introduction	Soroj Mullick SDB, a member of the Salesian Society, ordained in 1991 for the Salesian Province of Kolkata. Post-graduate education abroad includes Licentiate with specialization in Catechetics and Ph. D (Christian Education). Earlier in India, undergraduate degrees (theology, BA (Hons), B.Ed with ten years of teaching experience and in the formation of future priests. He has 20 years of pastoral experiences in the parishes and in youth ministry both in India and abroad. Besides, he has written number of research papers and articles, and has 26 years of Ministry in India as Educator, Formator, Retreat Preacher, Editor and engaged in School, Parish, Catechetical & Youth Ministry. As an educationist, he focuses on an effective educational ministry in a plurireligious context. He is the founder of MISSION EDUCARE for Social Development through Education and Care for the High School students in the rural West Bengal.
