| Introduction | Mum to my beautiful angel Evangeline. I created this blog to save our most treasured family recipes as well as ones collected and developed over the years. Cooking is in the blood. In the day, my grandfather was a well known cook in Alexandroupolis who passed on his passion of cooking to my grandmother and mum. In turn, through my giagia and mum I have the bug. In 2010 I embarked on a "culinary odyssey" hosting greek cooking classes in my clients homes. All Greeks know that the best Greek food is found in the home....So why not yours?????? |
