Introduction I'm one of those positive people in the world. I tend to look at the world through rose colored glasses, but tend to get smacked down for that sometimes. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin, and friend. I'm more Irish than anything with some British, Dutch, and German thrown in. And I definitely was sprinkled with fairy dust at one time. I want to see my family more, write more, travel more, read more, laugh more, and dance more. I always want to dance more. Oh, and eat more chocolate.
Interests writing, reading, loving my family and friends. Little Theater. My favorite role was portraying Daisy in "Driving Miss Daisy" in 2008.
Favorite Movies Field of Dreams, The Natural, The Way We Were, Cold Mountain, The Fifth Element, Blade Runner and all kinds of silly goofy movies that have a lot of slap stick like Dumb and Dumber and There's Something About Mary. Also, for some odd reason, I like disaster movies like Deep Impact, Titanic, and such.I like stories and movies about people overcoming adversity. Go figure.
Favorite Music All kinds, but it has to be good, and I will always be a Beatles fan. I have to admit that I like Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban along with Kelly Clarkson. American Idols!! I like Adele, too, but doesn't everyone. Add Phillip Phillips to the list. My favorite song of all time is John Lennon's, "Imagine."
Favorite Books The Stand by Stephen King, Grapes of Wrath and most all Steinbeck books, any book by James Mitchener, Donna Grant for fluff reading, and an obscure little book called Paradise Island. I've loved reading Karen Moning's "Fever" series and also her Highlander books. Boy, they are steamy, but good! Okay. The "Fifty Shades of Gray" books. So shoot me. An addition. "Outlander". It's fantastic.

You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?

I'm an environmentalist. I would get rid of that place and never look back.
