Introduction	I was born and brought up in the verdant, scenic village of Santo Estevam. I am a composer of folk songs in English, Konkani and Portuguese for which my name appeared in the Roll of Honour as Manddo King in the August 1992 issue of Goa Today. I was declared winner in the Herald Yummy Icecream Valentine's Day Greetings Contest 1995 and was awarded first place. My manddo "Honrad Ami Zunvemkar" which I composed thrilled the spectators during the 2003 Carnival celebration in Panjim, Mapuca, Vasco and Margao. I have a passion for social work, environmental issues, music, sports and writing.
