| Introduction | I am a retired school teacher. I enjoy writing and baking as hobbies since childhood. An amateur baker, I have learnt the nuances of baking from my mother who used to bake awesome cakes. Other than that cookbooks, Google searches, TV shows led me to play around with my favorite hobby using my baking skills and of course improvising and experimenting my own recipes over a period of time. Instead of decorating my cakes with heavy cream, I preferred to use gems, dry fruits, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce,tutti frutti, chocolate shaving etc to give a unique and appeasing look and taste to my recipes. I have also experimented successfully with juices and spices for flavors. Being a vegetarian, my recipes are all egg-less.
