I have studied the martial arts for most of my life, I have a six degree black belt in GoJu Karate,www.harlemgojuassociation.org and was the first African American master trained in the mountains of Korea in the ancient Taoist healing/stress management ki Energy training form of Jung Shim or Kido (The Way of Ki) www.kienergycenter.com. I was inducted into the World Professional Martial Arts Hall of Fame at New York's Madison Square Garden in 2008. I served over 25 years as the Urban Policy Adviser for five Presidents at the City College of New York. I have a weekly radio program Urbanology the Art of W.A.R. every Tuesday at 4pm at www.whcr.org I write a weekly Urbanology column for the Harlemcommunitynews.com.
