Introduction	"Let them eat cake!" I love cake and have always had a fascination with baking. When my sister told me she was getting married, I immediately offered to make her cake. In preparation I took some cake decorating classes and made plenty of practice cakes. I have made some different cakes over the last two years and enjoy the time, detail and love that goes into the design and production of each cake I make.
