| Introduction | I work on the archaeology of the Roman East, especially the later Roman period in Jordan. I have a PhD from the University of Sydney, studying the factors that limited trade in ceramic oil lamps made in the southern Levant from 300 to 700 AD. I have been directing the Borders of Arabia and Palaestina project (ARC funded) at the University of Sydney since 2006, and I'm also a co-director of the long running Pella Excavation Project in Jordan (also USyd) |
