| Introduction | Eric is a top-ranked amateur triathlete who has competed in the highly competitive Hawaii Ironman Triathlon nine times. He has qualified for the Hawaii IM every year from 1996 to 2006, with the exception of 2005 and 2007 which he used as recharge years. He holds the course record for Ironman USA in the 30-34 age group (9hrs24min) and has been selected by USA Triathlon as a five-time all-American. He also holds a 1/2 IM personal best of 4:01. He has a degree in Exercise Physiology, has worked as a cardiac technician, managed Corporate Health Care for Chrysler and GE Capital, and has given seminars on nutrition, wellness, endurance training, strength training, and motivation to a large number of corporations, clubs and groups, including MTV, Xerox, GE, Chrysler, Titlist, to name a few. In 1995, Eric began a Personal Training and Health/Fitness Consulting Business and also began coaching endurance athletes all over the country. He has been training athletes and nonathletes since 1990. |
