Introduction	I started this blog to share my passion for life coaching and small town life. I am 46 and blessed with a wonderful wife and 2 excellent kids. I also live in one of the coolest places on the planet. Paonia is truly one of the last, great small towns left in Colorado that hasn't been discovered and over commercialized. It reminds of growing up in Boulder 30 years ago. Just authentic folks living in a vibrant community. We definitely have some problems to deal with, but for a diverse group we work well together.
Interests	Coaching! White water rafting,fly fishing,mountain biking, skiing, cooking, small town politics and activism, wine, beer, goofing with my kids and wife, gardening and music.
Favorite movies	Recently I have enjoyed: Mostly Martha, Hancock, In Bruges, The Dark Knight, Juno. I will add more as the summer winds down and we spend more time watching movies
Favorite music	I am all over the place with this question. Lately I have been listening to a lot of Bossa Nova, classic jazz and the Dead. Just coming off a Spoon and Brit Chix (Duffy, Amy Winehouse, Kate Nash, KT Tunstall,etc) Often listen to Reggae, Alt Rock and Classical when I am mountain biking
