| Introduction | Hi I’m Karen, I’m crazy about property and I love putting together customised “wealth life plans” for my clients so they can be debt free asap, create maximum wealth and pay the least amount of tax possible. I do this through my company Votiva which is a Real Estate, Strategies and Finance business. The tool I recommend for wealth creation is residential real estate because it has personally worked for me. In 1999 we had nothing and today we have a property portfolio valued in excess of $7M. We also own multiple finance and property related businesses with substantial value. We have a magnificent life, own fancy cars, boats and a beautiful waterfront home, all funded out of the growth we have had in our property portfolio. My dreams now are firstly to develop a program that enables me to spread the knowledge I have gained in both the finance and property industry faster so that more people can use this information and create wealth for themselves without having to make the same mistakes we have made along the way which have cost us time and money.
