| Introduction | Born in Nashville TN, acrylic painter and skilled in pencils, digital art, and illustration. Current series subtly address social-political issues based on “TV raised generations.” Next series focuses on challenging viewers to appreciate things they may have never considered art. Started in my family’s sign and graphics shop and learned graphic design when computer technology was in its infancy. Then I used an illustrative style, still in my work today, with strong influences from comic and graffiti artist. As I matured I learned the science of art and feel I unlocked the magic of color. I keep my palate simple with few colors. I attempt to make your brain create the colors I want it to see even though they may not be there. Good art should make an artist known. The fate of an artist is in the hands of the viewer. |
