| Introduction | I was born in Calcutta, India, to an Italian father and a Chilean mother. I lived in India until I was 13, occasionally my parents would take my younger sister and I to Italy, Chile, Hawaii, Malaysia, and California to visit friends and relatives. In 2001, after my parents separated, I moved to Los Angeles with my mother and sister. I pursued my art throughout high school and in college, but dropped out of college after 2 years, being disenchanted with the art scene. I never stopped being an artist though. I now live with my fiance in England, travelling every year back to India to visit my father and the places I hold so dear. I hope to get married in India someday soon, in my hometown of Mayapur, north of Calcutta. And I hope that I will always be able to return to India, and be in the land of my beloved Radha and Krishna. |
