| Introduction | I'm a pretty average guy. I'm 33, happily married, father to a wonderful 1-year-old boy, and I have a full time job. My family drives me to maintain some level of health, for my own benefit as well as theirs. I can focus, but I'm not well-focused. I can sometimes bore easily, and I thrive on routine and variety. Routine variety? Variety, in its difficult simplicity, is something I view as a key to a happy life. And life should be happy. |
