I’m a 28-year-old woman from North Carolina, a mama to some beautiful plants, a Certified Reiki Practitioner, and a survivor of a long, painful marriage that I’m finally finding the strength to step out of. This blog is my safe space. It’s where I come to breathe, release, reflect, and rise. I write about healing from trauma, finding yourself again after abuse, the raw truth of being a woman trying to survive and bloom at the same time. Sometimes I’m soft, sometimes I’m angry, and sometimes I’m just trying to make it to the next day. If you’re here, maybe you’ve been through some shit too. Maybe you're still in it.
