Introduction	We facilitate retreats and festival healing spaces with safe, warm, fun, creative environments to explore emotions, to learn to trust and to open to love in our daily lives. Our retreats combine inspiration from teachers of different traditions, as well as meditation, dance, yoga, poetry, and healing techniques. In our festival spaces we offer bodywork including: Therapeutic Massage, Thai Massage, Bowen Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique and Sound Journeys. We are Frances Goodall and Sophie Jane Mortimer. Frances is an experienced meditator, bodyworker, psychology practitioner and EFT trainer. She has 7 years experience in alternative medicine working one-to-one and facilitating groups. Sophie, an artist and bodyworker, has been studying eastern spiritual traditons for many years, and qualified as a massage therapist and yoga/meditation teacher (RYS and IYF) in 2009.
