Introduction | I started out as an independent film-maker, based in the UK nominated for a BBC Award at the 17th Birmingham International Film and Television Festival. Paint was followed by the horror writers documentary Assembly of Rogues. I also co-edited the anthology of the same name published by Rainfall Books. An essay discussing Peter Jackson's Brain Dead Alive) appeared in Cinema Macabre from PS Publishing edited by Mark Morris. I've been involved with the British Fantasy Society for the past eight years. Roles undertaken include Publicity Co-ordinator, Events, and Stockholder. Videos of previous British Fantasy Award Winners (FantasyCon) can be viewed on the relevant page. Other credits include the Short Film Showcase held at FantasyCon for the past several years, and Lint:The Movie based on the novel by Steve Aylett. I have recently started to write prose with my first traditionally printed tale appearing in The 13 Ghosts of Christmas edited by Simon Marshall-Jones (Spectral Press). Look out for further anthology appearances over the next year! |
