| Introduction | This year our School Theme is centered around John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." The Bible is God's story of salvation and His plan to bring His people back into relationship with Him. It is exciting to be in a place where I can share this beautiful truth with children and impress upon their hearts the love of their Heavenly Father. It is my prayer as an educator at Holland Christian that the children see God's love in me and that they experience God more fully as a result of being in this place. I care deeply for the children in my class and my desire is for them to know and love the Lord. It is such a blessing to teach in a Christian school, and I thank God daily for giving me this opportunity. What a gift! I am a graduate of Calvin College. This is currently my 16th year as an educator. The past fourteen years I have been teaching first grade. |
