| Introduction | Rebecca tested positive for HIV in 2002 at a hospital in Nairobi. She later joined a support group of women living with HIV, which helped her come into terms with the diagnosis. She started accessing HIV treatment with CD4 of 525 and was put on cotrimoxazole prophylaxis. |
