Introduction I live in Manhattan (just), perform and teach the viola da gamba and baroque 'cello, and think quite a lot. My son, Adrian, is a painter, studying at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago; my daughter, Isabelle, is on leave from her studies at Oberlin College to volunteer for Climate Ground Zero, working to halt mountain-top removal in West Virginia.
