| Introduction | I can categorically state I am not anti-Police. A fact is my Uncle Kenneth was ranked in the Police as a Senior Superintendent MBE DSM. I was however a victim of domestic violence, and being a male according to handbook policy, he who must be at fault and arrested with two years of persecution and prosecution. I have been threatened with arrest by Senior Police for attempting to set up Mens Refuge, same model as Womens Refuge without the Wo. I have attempted to reconcile grievance in respect of the Police failings in process, procedure and policy. The rank has closed therefore the public domain opens.
