| Interests | Educated at Colorado Mountain Culinary Institute in Keystone, CO. This may be the best unkown school anywhere in the nation. I'm proud to have attended. Much of the content of this blog is directed at my classmates and chefs. Without you all, I wouldn't be here. Your friendship and passion for food is incredible! I have a great big family back in Illinois and Wisconsin. I don't get to see them nearly enough. I miss them all. My five nephews and neice just keep growing up, sooner or later I'll be old and they'll be adults. I miss you kids! |
