| Introduction | I've been cooking for over 30 years, starting out as a pizza cook in Kitchener. I went to Sault College for Culinary Arts and ended up in Edmonton where I apprenticed at the Hotel McDonald and other restaurants in the city. I've worked in Ottawa, Toronto, Collingwood and finally settled in Yellowknife. I taught at Aurora College, worked a bit in government, and now teach at the local high school. I am a Red Seal Cook and a Certified Chef du Cuisine. I've recently started Open Kitchen Studio, a home based cooking school. |
