| Introduction | I'm a corporate attorney who actually enjoys writing contracts in plain English! I wrote my first contract (a model rocket club membership agreement) in high school and have been writing contracts ever since, continuously refining my drafting skills over the years. My solo law practice is limited to representing Michigan corporate and IT clients in commercial transactions and other select matters. I believe that first, small businesses don't have adequate access to affordable legal advice, and second, any business is a technology company in some way.
