| Introduction | Lara Catone is on a quest to heal the world through sexual liberation and education. With a life long passion for women’s health and human development, she has been attending women in childbirth and teaching yoga with a focus on women’s reproductive health and vitality since 2005.
In 2001, Lara graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BA in English. Lara’s poetry and writing have been published in a variety of publications. In 2005 she released Urge, a collection of poetry (and angry teenage angst) through her former publishing company, SmokeStream Publishing. Lara is currently in the process of creating a television series and documentary film on unchaining sexual shame and repression in the US.
