Introduction	I am a happily married mom of two awesome kids.. now five and eleven. I'm a transplanted Western New Yorker. After 15 years of managing my own Massage Practice and focusing on improving my patients health and pain management.. I am now part of the growing body of concerned parents and families wanting to raise awareness of the chemicals and pesticides that are attributed to the huge rise in health issues plaguing our children as well as our general population.. My hope is to help educate, inspire and motivate you to make a difference in your life.. and maybe even Pay It Forward..
Interests	Family,health,environmental responsibility,leaving each person I meet a little better off than where I found them.
Favorite books	Self growth.. anything by John C Maxwell, Stephan Covey, Robin Sharma, Gladwell, truly God inspired.. with a little fiction sprinkled in for flavor. :-)
